The following Core Values defined below are the heart of Scarlet Aquatics' Coaching and Performance Philosophy.
Leadership:
Leading by example and inspiring others to achieve their best.
Discipline:
A commitment to self-control, adherence to rules and standards, and the ability to consistently pursue goals despite challenges or temptations. Discipline is a "perishable" skill that diminishes over time without practice.
Hard Work:
A deep-seated belief in the importance of effort, dedication, and perseverance in achieving goals.
Respect:
Valuing individuals as people first and treating individuals with courtesy, kindness, and consideration, recognizing their feelings, wishes, rights, and traditions.

Taking ownership and be willing to act to solve problems without being told to do so.

Members of Scarlet Aquatics are Elite People. In and out of the pool, at home, at school; Scarlet breeds personal excellence in all facets of life. Discipline in the pool goes hand in hand with discipline outside the pool; All swimmers and their parents or guardians are expected to behave in a manner respecting Scarlet's Mission; not adhering to polices will not be tolerated. Scarlet champions excellence and achievement for our swimmers, to propel our swimmers. Go Scarlet!
